Invest $500,000
The minimum investment for our EB-5 qualified projects is $500,000. We invest in Target Employment Areas that are certified by the Governors office in the State of California which USCIS qualifies for the minimum investment amount. Otherwise, the minimum amount would be $1,000,000.

EB-5 has a lot of requirements and we take care of all of it for you. We will qualify the job creating projects, originate the deals and manage the investments and the job creation afterward. We will ensure your success from start to finish.
Successful Track Record
We have negotiated multiple protections and inter-company repayment guaranty’s to the funds, all within USCIS regulations. If your green card is not approved we will return your fees and investment capital 2, the project is guaranteed to create the jobs and the inter-company repayment guaranty’s to return invested funds to the partnership.
